A: No. The luminaire is IP20 rated (dustproof only, not waterproof). This luminaire is IP20 rated (dustproof only, not waterproof) and is suitable for dry indoor environments (e.g. corridors, showrooms, offices). It is not allowed to be used in wet or outdoor scenes such as bathrooms, courtyards, swimming pools, etc.
A: The product provides 3000K/4000K/5700K three fixed colour temperature versions by default (single colour temperature factory setting). If you need to switch the colour temperature, you need to specify the model (non-dimmable design) at the time of purchase.
A: You need to pre-install the slot according to the cut size 74×32×55mm (L×W×H) to make sure the fixture is flush with the floor/wall after embedding. It is recommended to use professional tools to cut and fix the slot.
